Have been a tramper for 35 years and covered most of the NI major ranges and some in the south. Am frustrated as living in Auckland means at least a 3hr drive to the nearest good tramping. Love getting into the hills for longer stretches, typically 6-7days.
Have kept a diary for much of that time and have a useful database of tracks, times and huts.
