Lyell Walkway

This loop track under pretty beech forest explores the history of the gold mining town of Lyell, including cemetery, stamper battery, diversion tunnel, and dray road. Part of the loop is closed after heavy rain due to risk of slips.

Eliza Mine shaft is located on the steep eastern slopes of Mt Eliza (581m), 50m off the main track. Several other prospecting drives can be seen from the track.
