This is a derelict Hut on the Rees Dart track. It is in an ideal location on a terrace above the river and can easily be missed from the track.
It is also often seen on the map and mistaken to be similar to one of the other new well appointed huts on the track. Don't be mistaken, unless you want to share the night with rats and mice.
