Old Manson Hut

The historic Manson Hut - 100m below the new hut in the Kaweka Ranges. The hut was built in the 1940s from locally sourced material, and is the 2nd hut to stand on the site. Well worth a visit from the new Manson Hut above, though the climb back is 'a bit of a grunt'.
