Ngaawapurua Hut
Hut on the Ngaruroro River. Popular spot for rafters, kayakers and hunters. Sleeps 6 and has wood fired stove.
Note: the swingbridge is no longer present. Crossings possible in normal flows but be prepared to get wet!

Access
You can either walk through the Harkness Valley to get to it or come down the un maintained track from Otutu Hut. Unmaintained track not really that bad, just steep. Stick to ridge and you will be ok. Swing bridge has been removed near hut so be prepared to cross the river.
